Weekend Community Iftar at BIC

Breaking Fast Together in the Spirit of Ramadan

Join us every weekend during Ramadan for a warm and welcoming Community Iftar at Brampton Islamic Center. This gathering is an opportunity to share the blessings of Ramadan, strengthen community bonds, and break fast together in a peaceful and spiritually uplifting environment.


Program Details

Days: Saturdays & Sundays during Ramadan
Location: Brampton Islamic Center
Capacity: Maximum 250 attendees per evening


Entry & Seating

  • Doors open 1 hour before Maghrib (sunset)

  • Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis

  • Doors will close once capacity is reached

  • No reservations or seat holding permitted

We encourage guests to arrive early to secure a spot.


What to Expect

  • Congregational Maghrib prayer

  • Dates and water to break the fast

  • Hot community meal

  • A welcoming environment for families and individuals


Community Guidelines

To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for everyone:

  • Please follow volunteer instructions

  • Supervise children at all times

  • Help maintain cleanliness after the meal

  • Be considerate of space and fellow attendees
