Using an interactive approach, this session will offer participants guidance on coping strategies to overcome feelings of despair associated with said situations. Drawing on verses from the Quran and Islam’s teachings, we will explore how these timeless principles can help us
navigate difficult situations while maintaining strength and resilience in times of hardship.
